Summary: EdgeMind is a 100% on-device AI application. All conversations, document analysis, and data remain exclusively on your physical phone. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on any cloud servers.
1. Zero-Cloud Architecture
Ndronux ("we", "our", or "us") operates on a strict zero-knowledge, zero-telemetry architecture. All text generation, vector memory indexing, and document parsing run directly on your smartphone's physical CPU and RAM.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- No Chat Prompts: We do not collect, read, transmit, or monitor your questions or AI responses.
- No Documents or Attachments: Any attached files (PDFs, Markdown notes, text files) are analyzed strictly in local memory and are never uploaded anywhere.
- No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device IDs.
- No Analytics or Ads: EdgeMind contains zero third-party tracking SDKs, zero analytics trackers, and zero advertising libraries.
- No Model Training: Your conversations are never used to train or refine AI models.
3. Local Storage & Data Control
All conversation histories and settings are stored locally on your device using embedded storage. You retain complete ownership and can delete your conversations or clear app storage at any time.
4. Permissions Used
- Internet Access: Used solely when you explicitly choose to download open-source model files (such as Meta Llama, Google Gemma, Qwen) from public open-weight repositories (HuggingFace) to your local storage. Once downloaded, all features work 100% offline.
- Storage / Document Access: Used exclusively to let you select local files you wish to analyze in Document RAG mode.
5. Children's Privacy
EdgeMind does not collect any personal information from any user, including children under 13.
